ACCOMMODATIONS:
Overnight dorm accommodations for two-day cyclists will be at Hope College or MSU on Saturday night. Rooms are based on double occupancy, if you would like to have a single room there is a $20 charge. Towels, sheets and pillows will be provided but please bring your own toiletries. A buffet dinner on Saturday evening and a full breakfast on Sunday morning will be served in the cafeteria.
West Michigan Riders: You may also request overnight accommodations for Friday, June 12th at Hope College. This option is available only on our West Michigan ride and riders MUST request a room for one to be reserved. The cost is $35 per person ($55 for a single room) and includes accommodations on Friday night and breakfast Saturday morning in the Hope College cafeteria. You will be given the same room for Friday and Sat. night.
In order for us to keep event expenses to a minimum you MUST turn in a housing request before the event. Your housing resquest must include your name, your roomate's name, team name, and what dates you would like to have the room reserved. Because several cyclists choose to stay in local hotel rooms at their own expense and we are charged per person for accommodations we do not automatically reserve a room for every participant. To make your reservation simply return the housing card in your registration packet or e-mail Tammy Willis at Tammy.Willis@mig.nmss.org.
